Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal for ME-Skincare

I. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers:

• In accordance with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reasons.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a written declaration of your withdrawal within this period. You can use our contact form for this purpose or send us a clear and unambiguous written message in which you state your reason for withdrawal from the contract.
• Please note that the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to businesses.

II. Return of Goods:

• The return of the goods is at the expense and risk of the consumer unless we have agreed otherwise.
• The goods must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

III. Refund:

We will refund the amount for the returned goods within 14 days of receiving the return if applicable. However, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or calculate a reasonable amount for any depreciation in value if the goods are not returned in their original condition.

IV. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and to goods that can quickly deteriorate.
